Actually, the day after we updated our blog from Oman, saying that everyone loves the Sultan, hundreds of people demonstrated in Sohar and a couple of days after that also in the capital Muscat demanding democratic reforms and better salaries. Between 1 and 6 people (depending on the source) were killed from the police.
